Many Thanks for undertaking this work for us. My wife was full of trepidation before the work began as our previous experience of small firms was mostly excruciatingly bad. She felt that she would be left with open gaps where the windows used to be etc. In other words, we would be left ‘high and wet’. Anyway, your team did the work with extreme efficiency and to the highest standards. The team were open and discussed the job from start to finish in exemplary fashion. Small detail changes created no problems for them whatsoever. There was a little plaster work needed and this was arranged again with speed and politeness. I am impressed and will happily recommend the company to anyone so please just ask. The teamwork was another impressive and strong feature which meant the job was completed well within schedule. A really big well done to everyone for making what could have been a very trying experience for my wife into something very bearable and even pleasant.
